Rent is paid directly by the tenant to the owner, usually by UPI or bank transfer. We keep the paperwork in order and follow up with the tenant when you ask us to, so you do not have to chase anyone from afar.

Can you manage my property while I live outside Chennai or India?

How often do you inspect the property?

The schedule depends on the property, whether it is occupied, and what you agree with us. Tell us about your property and we will suggest a suitable schedule.

Do you help find and screen tenants?

We can help source and screen tenants and coordinate the agreement and move-in, where this is part of the service you choose. The screening steps are agreed with you.

How is rent follow-up handled?

Rent is paid directly by the tenant to you, usually by UPI or bank transfer. When you ask us to, we follow up with the tenant and let you know the status.

How are maintenance and repairs coordinated?

When an inspection or a tenant raises an issue, we assess it, arrange quotes, have the work done by our own team or a vendor we manage (depending on the job and on labour availability at the time), supervise it and confirm when it is complete. How will I receive updates?
